About the Project

Kathy Welter is a JLA Realty agent working in the Greater Houston area. Kathy wanted a professional logo, business card, and sign design that would help her stand out in her market. We went with bold lines and white designs on a dark background to help her sign be easily read by drive-by traffic. The dark blue coloring is bold, professional, and stands out without taking the attention away from the home when placed on a yard sign.
